Leasing Policies and Fees

Theater leasing fee:
Weekdays (Mon-Thu) -- $400 either theater
Evenings (Sun-Thu) -- Large theater: $700; Small theater $600

Weekday fee is for up to 6 hours. Over 6 hours is charged at our evening rate.

Night events: guarantee of an additional $400 in food and beverage sales
(minimum party $1000 including leasing fee and catering)

Capacity:
Large theater -- 200 people
Small theater -- 110 people

Deposit: Leasing fee required prior to event. Balance will be billed. Final count on number of guests needed 10 business days prior to event. No outside food or beverages permitted.

Cancellation policy: Full refund of deposit if notified 10 business days prior to event.

Additional fees: 6.75% tax on leasing fee; 7.75% tax and 20% service charge on food & beverages.
